Terms & Conditions – Alvarez Services

1. Services Provided

Alvarez Services offers cleaning and construction services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, move-out cleaning, remodeling, flooring, roofing, and painting. All services are subject to availability and agreement.

2. Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, and scope of the project. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We strive to arrive on time; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified if any scheduling changes arise.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods. Late payments may result in additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring a safe working environment. Alvarez Services is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

8. Liability

Alvarez Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues. Any concerns must be reported before service begins. We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear.

9. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or beyond the agreed scope of work.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
